The bearings on the deep well pump that use calcium based grease should have their oil changed every six months of operation. Before changing the oil, the bearings should be cleaned with kerosene or diesel, and after cleaning, new grease should be added. Every six months of operation of the motor bearings, the oil drain plug should be unscrewed, waste oil should be drained, and new oil should be injected.
When the deep well pump is not in use for a long time, it should be started and run for 20-30 minutes every week to prevent the motor and electrical equipment from getting damp or the rotating parts of the water pump from rusting, and then wiped with oil to prevent damage. If the shutdown period is in winter, anti freezing measures should be taken.
If the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump operates normally, it can generally be overhauled every two years, but the overhaul cycle should not exceed 3 years at most. Perform maintenance protection and replace vulnerable parts during each irrigation period (2500 hours).

Lifting and loading/unloading of electric pumps:
1) Open the cable and disconnect the power supply.
2) Use installation tools to gradually dismantle the water pipe, gate valve, and bend pipe, and tighten the next section of the water supply pipe with a clamp plate. In this way, dismantle the pump section by section and lift it out of the well. (If it is found to be stuck during the lifting and dismantling process, it cannot be lifted forcefully. The customer service checkpoint should be moved up, down, left, right for safe lifting and unloading.)
3) Remove the wire guard, water filter, and cut the cable from the lead and three core cable or flat cable joints.
4) Remove the coupling locking ring, unscrew the fixing screws, and remove the connecting bolts to separate the motor and water pump.
5) Drain the motor and fill it with water.
6) Dismantling of water pump: Use a dismantling wrench to remove the inlet joint to the left, and use a dismantling cylinder to impact the conical sleeve at the lower part of the pump. After the impeller becomes loose, remove the impeller, conical sleeve, and remove the guide housing. This process sequentially removes the impeller, guide housing, upper guide housing, check valve, etc.
7) Motor disassembly: sequentially remove the base, thrust bearing, thrust disc, lower guide bearing seat connection seat, water slinger, take out the rotor, remove the upper bearing seat, stator, etc.
Assembly of electric pump:
(1) The assembly sequence of the motor: stator assembly → lower guide bearing assembly → rotor assembly → thrust disc → left nut → thrust bearing assembly → base assembly → upper guide bearing seat assembly → skeleton oil seal → connecting seat. Adjust the bolts to ensure that the motor shaft extension meets the specified requirements. Then install the pressure regulating film, pressure regulating spring, and cover.
(2) Assembly of boiler feedwater pump: Fix the shaft and inlet joint on the mounting seat, use a disassembly cylinder to fix the impeller and conical sleeve on the shaft, and then install the guide shell and impeller in sequence to complete the installation of the upstream shell, check valve, etc.

When assembling the motor and water pump department below level 8, first evenly tighten the nuts between the inlet joint and the contact plane between the upper and bearing seats, install the coupling, pump shaft, fixing bolts and lock rings, fix the impeller and conical sleeve on the pump shaft with a tidal cylinder, and then install the guide housing and impeller. This is done in sequence to install the guide housing, etc. After installing the pump, pull open the pull nut, remove the gasket, tighten the tension nut evenly, and then rotate the electric pump from the coupling. The rotation must be even.
