Before assembling the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, it is necessary to first inspect the parts for any defects that may affect assembly, and only after cleaning them can assembly be carried out.
The steps for assembling the pipeline pump are as follows (disassembly of the pipeline pump should be carried out in reverse order):
1) Tighten the connecting bolts, plugs, etc. in their respective positions.
2) Place the paper pad and oil felt in their respective positions.
3) Install the water blocking ring on the shaft.
4) Install the sealing ring onto the pump body or pump cover, and install the mechanical seal static ring onto the cover frame.
5) For pumps with connecting shafts, first install the bearings and bearing washers onto the connecting shaft and secure them with retaining rings, then proceed with installation.
6) Install the pump cover bracket onto the motor and secure it with bolts.
7) Install the mechanical seal, flat key, impeller, and stop washer onto the shaft and tighten them with the impeller nut.
8) Install the motor and pump cover bracket components onto the pump body and tighten them with bolts and nuts, and finally install the air release valve.
9) Install the connecting shaft onto the cover frame and close the cover.
