No matter how large the pump is, it must be vertically erected and filled with water before being placed in the water.
2. Before preparing to put it into the water, it is necessary to jog and start to check if the wiring of the deep well pump is reversed and if the deep well pump is reversed.
3. In terms of how to fix a deep well pump, there are still many people who do not know how to fix it. In fact, the method of fixing a deep well pump is very simple. First, connect the outlet steel pipe to the pump outlet, then use a steel wire rope to slowly lower the deep well pump to the bottom of the well, and then connect the steel pipe section by section to cooperate with the downward movement. The deep well pump can be controlled within a range of about 1 meter from the bottom of the water tank, and then fix the outlet steel pipe at the wellhead so that both the outlet pipe and the steel wire rope can withstand the gravity of the pump.
4. When configuring a deep well pump control cabinet, it is important to note that the difference between a deep well submersible pump and a regular submersible pump is that the matching control cabinet must be at the same level as the motor power of the deep well pump. Otherwise, the deep well pump may not start and the motor may burn out. For example, if the motor power of the deep well pump is 55KW, the control cabinet should be a 75KW autotransformer voltage reduction control cabinet or a soft start, variable frequency control cabinet to be used.
