一、 Installation requirements of submerged pump
1. The submerged pump must be installed vertically on the fixed support above the liquid material pool or sink.
2. The distance between the suction inlet of the submerged pump and the bottom of the pool shall be greater than 200mm.
3. The outlet pipeline of the submerged pump must be provided with another support, and its weight is not allowed to fall directly on the pump body
二、Disassembly sequence of submerged pump
1. Close the gate valve in the extrusion pipeline of the submerged pump, and remove the connecting bolt or connecting pipe of the flange on the discharge pipe. Remove a section of pipeline whose length shall not hinder the lifting of the pump.
2. Loosen the connecting bolts between the motor frame and the motor of the submerged pump and lift the motor.
3. Remove the bolts between the pump body and the support, and screw off the impeller.
4. Remove the middle support and pull down the coupling.
5. Remove the upper and lower bearing covers of the bearing body to check the bearing condition.
三、Start, stop and operation requirements of submerged pump
1. Before installing the motor of the submerged pump, turn on the power supply and check the rotation direction, which must be consistent with the specified rotation direction of the pump.
2. Install the motor on the submerged pump, turn the coupling, check whether the pump shaft and the motor are concentric and whether the rotation is uneven, and then operate after it is normal.
3. Close the outlet pipeline valve and pressure gauge of the submerged pump.
4. Start the motor of the submerged pump and open the outlet valve to the required position as indicated by the pressure gauge.
5. When the submerged pump stops normally, close the outlet valve first, then stop the motor and close the pressure gauge.
6. Sufficient grease shall be ensured in the bearing chamber of the submerged pump, and the temperature rise of the bearing shall not be higher than 70 ℃.
