Difference Between Deep Well Pump And Submersible Sewage Pump

Deep well pump and submersible sewage pump are the same pump products we often use at present. They are different. Today I'll explain their differences for you. Deep well pump is a kind of pump that pumps and transports water by immersing into groundwater wells. It is widely studied and applied in farmland drainage and irrigation, industrial and mining enterprises, urban water supply and drainage and sewage data processing in China.

1. The pump is placed underground and drives the pump to rotate the motor on the ground to connect the two pipes with the long shaft, so it is commonly known as "long shaft pump".


2. If a motor and water pump are underwater in the well, it is a submersible pump.


3. If the motor and pump are on the ground, due to the limited suction of the centrifugal pump, it can only be used to extract a height of about 5 ~ 7m.


 Due to the limited environmental conditions and scope, the submersible sewage pump is especially suitable for frequent mobile or temporary emergency occasions. It does not need fixed installation. As long as it is sleeved with rubber pipe or connected with pipe, the pump can be discharged to the bottom and leveled. The supporting system automatic coupling device can also realize fixed installation, which brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump. The design of this series of cultural products has energy-saving effect, It has the characteristics of remarkable, anti winding and no blockage. It has a unique effect in the management of discharging solid particles and long fiber waste.

 1. Single blade or double blade impeller structure greatly improves the sewage passing capacity, and can effectively pass through fiber materials with 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with about 50% of the pump diameter.


2. The sealing system adopts a new type of hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material. At the same time, the seal is improved to double end face seal, so that it can be developed for a long time and run in the oil chamber design, which can make the pump work continuously for more than 8000 hours.
