Pipeline centrifugal pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. Installation instructions for pipeline centrifugal pump: The basic structure of a pipeline centrifugal pump consists of six parts: impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearings, sealing ring, and packing box.
Installation method of pipeline centrifugal pump
1. After installation, rotate the pump shaft and the impeller should have no friction sound or jamming phenomenon. The pump should be disassembled to check the cause;
2. There are two types of pumps: rigid connection installation and flexible installation (see connection method);
3. Before installation, check if the fasteners of the unit are loose and if there are any foreign objects blocking the flow channel of the pump body to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during pump operation;
4. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation to avoid deformation of the pump;
5. During installation, the foundation bolts must be tightened to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up;

6. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet pipeline of the pump and a pressure gauge is installed near the outlet of the pump to ensure that it operates within the rated head and flow range, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and increasing its service life.
Starting and stopping of pipeline centrifugal pump
Preparation before starting:
1. Test whether the motor rotation is correct. When viewed from the top of the motor towards the pump, it rotates clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal
2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve when it is full
3. Check if all parts are normal
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face
5. High temperature type should be preheated first, with a heating rate of 50/hour to ensure uniform heating of all parts
start:
1. Fully open the imported valve
2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline
3. Start the motor and observe if the pump is running correctly
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to the desired operating conditions. If the user has a flow meter or pressure gauge installed at the pump outlet, the pump should be operated at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user has a flow meter or pressure gauge installed at the pump outlet, the motor current of the pump should be measured by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve to operate within the rated current.

Otherwise, it will cause the pump to operate at overload (i.e. high current operation) and cause the motor to burn out The opening size of the outlet valve that is adjusted correctly is related to the working conditions of the pipeline
5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal. Normally, the mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute
6. Check the temperature rise of 70% at the motor and bearings
parking:
1. The high-temperature type should first cool down, with a cooling rate of less than 10/minute, and then lower the temperature to below 80 before parking
1. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline
2. Stop the motor
3. Close the inlet valve
4. If parking for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained completely

The reason why pipeline centrifugal pumps can send water out is due to the effect of centrifugal force. Before the water pump starts working, the pump body and inlet pipe must be filled with water to form a vacuum state. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blades cause the water to rotate quickly, and the rotating water flies away from the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. After the water in the pump is thrown out, the central part of the impeller forms a vacuum zone. The water in Shuiyuan is pressurized into the inlet pipe through the pipeline network under the action of atmospheric pressure (or water pressure).
