However, in order to ensure the normal service and service life of the submersible sewage pump, regular inspection, maintenance and maintenance should be carried out: 1 Replace the sealing ring: after long-term use in the sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, resulting in the decline of water pump flow and efficiency. Turn off the electric switch, lift the water pump, remove the bottom cover, remove the sealing ring, and configure the sealing ring according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring. The gap is generally about 0.5mm.
2. When the submersible sewage pump is not used for a long time, it shall be cleaned, lifted and placed in a ventilated and dry place. Pay attention to antifreeze. If placed in water, run at least every 15 days 30min (dry grinding is not allowed) to check its function and adaptability.
3. The cable shall be inspected at least once a year. If it is damaged, please replace it.
4. Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the motor insulation decreases, please find someone to repair it. If the fastening screws are loose, please retighten them.
5. An appropriate amount of engine oil has been injected into the equipment before leaving the factory to lubricate the mechanical seal. The engine oil shall be inspected once a year. If water is found in the engine oil, drain it, replace the engine oil, replace the gasket, and tighten the screw plug. After three weeks, it shall be rechecked. If the engine oil becomes emulsion again, the mechanical seal shall be inspected and replaced if necessary.
6. In case of operation failure, please eliminate it according to the troubleshooting methods given. If it still cannot be solved and the cause cannot be determined, do not dismantle and repair it without permission, and find a special person to repair it immediately.
