What Should Be Paid Attention To in The Use Of Deep Well Submersible Pump

Nov 12, 2021

1. Before starting the pump, the suction pipe and pump shall be filled with liquid. After starting the pump, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid in it rotates with the blades. Under the effect of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and shoots out. The speed of the emitted liquid in the dispersion chamber of the pump shell gradually slows down, the pressure gradually increases, and then flows out of the pump outlet and discharge pipe. At this moment, the vacuum low-pressure area without air and liquid is formed at the blade because the liquid is thrown around. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure on the pool surface, the liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe. In this way, the liquid is continuously pumped up from the liquid pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.

2. Check whether the submersible cable is cracked or scratched on the ground. If it is damaged, it shall be replaced in time to prevent electric leakage.

3. The water immersion motor shall open the water filling bolt, fill it with clean water, tighten the bolt, and then dive into the water. In case of oil leakage of oil immersed motor, replace the sealing element before diving into the water.

4. Before the electric pump submerges into the water, fill the pump with clean water, idle for 1-2 seconds, and start it twice to check whether the idle and start are normal. If the direction is opposite, replace the two-phase wiring.

5. Check whether the lifting pipe has cracks and whether the connection is firm.

6. When the electric pump is submerged or lifted, the cable shall not be pulled to avoid cable damage or disconnection at the joint.

7. The power supply voltage shall be controlled within 5% of the additional voltage. If the voltage is too high or too low, the motor will be damaged.

8. The electric pump shall be vertical when submerged in the water, and shall not be placed obliquely.

9. The electric pump shall not transport water or mud with high sand content. The sand particles in the motor cavity shall be cleaned frequently to replace the clean water in the motor cavity.

10. The actual head of the pump shall be within 0.8-1 times the additional head. This can improve the working efficiency of the electric pump, save electricity, prevent the overload operation of the motor and prolong the service life.

11. After use, the electric pump shall be cleaned, coated with oil on the metal surface for rust prevention, and kept vertically in a dry place. The water immersed motor shall also be drained of clean water.
