1. When starting a vertical centrifugal pump, if it is found that the total flow is insufficient or the pump head cannot meet the requirements, it may be reversed. It is necessary to immediately cut off the switch power supply, swap any two of the three phase wires of the cable, and then connect and restart it.
2. Vertical centrifugal pumps should have personnel management methods, and regular maintenance should be carried out to ensure that the resistance between the winding and the casing of the vertical centrifugal pump is correct. It should not be lower than 0.5 kiloohms, and if it is lower than the standard value, the motor stator must be removed and dried. After the insulation layer is electrically raised, it can be started.
3. When using a vertical centrifugal pump for 300-500 hours, the abdominal oil inlet screw should be opened and filled with No. 10 car oil, and the machine seal should be used to maintain good lubrication.

4. After disassembly and maintenance, the sealing characteristics of the vertical centrifugal pump need to be tested for airtightness.
5. Separate the elbow and vertical centrifugal pump and place them in a plate box. Install the elbow onto the vertical centrifugal pump. If the motor and pipeline are connected, there is no need to assemble the elbow.
6. When tightening the screws of a vertical centrifugal pump, the force should be symmetrical and even, tightening while turning the motor rotor. When encountering a screen jam, the vertical centrifugal pump should send off the anchor bolts and tighten them again.
7. The drive shaft cannot withstand all axial vertical forces, and side drive forms such as conveyor belts and transmission chains are prohibited.
8. The connection between the drive shaft and the motor shaft of the base plate height should use a coupling or a chain type coupling.
9. Vertical centrifugal pumps require a clear understanding of high-speed rotation and on-site operation.
10. Let the liquid enter the channel, it is best not to dry or rotate at high speeds to avoid application.
