There are many applications of submersible electric pumps in deep wells, and the entire unit is submerged in water when used. The submersible electric pump extracts groundwater to the surface, which plays an important role in domestic water, agricultural irrigation, mine rescue, industrial cooling, etc. It can also be used in fountain scenes, and can also be used in rivers, reservoirs, canals and other water lifting projects.
1. Grounding is required
The adoption of maintenance grounding for submersible pumps is a national mandatory standard. Only by adopting the maintenance grounding can the personal safety during use be guaranteed. If there is no maintenance and grounding, once the casing leaks electricity, the water at the water outlet of the submersible pump and the surface of the pumped water will be charged, which will endanger personal safety and waste a lot of electricity.
2. Install the leakage protector
Shenyang submersible pumps operate in the water, and it is easy to leak electricity, resulting in power loss and even electric shock. If a leakage protector is installed, as long as the leakage value of the submersible pump exceeds the operating current value of the leakage protector, the leakage protector will cut off the power supply of the submersible pump.
3, the power supply voltage is normal to start
If the voltage is too high or too low, the temperature of the submersible pump will rise too high, shorten the service life or even destroy the submersible pump. In rural areas, because the low-voltage power supply lines are relatively long, it is common for the voltage at the end of the line to be too low and the voltage at the beginning to be too high. Therefore, in the process of using the submersible pump, it is necessary for the operator to check the power supply voltage value at any time. If it is less than 10% of the additional voltage, more than 10% higher than the additional voltage, or the current is greater than 20% of the additional current of the submersible pump, it should be That is, shut down, and prevent power on when the power supply voltage is abnormal.
4, can not overload operation
In order to prevent the submersible electric pump from overloading for a long time, do not use the low-lift pump for high-lift operations, do not pump water with a large sand content (heavy mud), and check whether the current value is within the scope of the rules at any time. If it is found that the current is too large, it should be stopped to check.
5. Do not switch frequently
The submersible electric pump should not be started too frequently, because backflow will occur when the submersible pump is stopped. If the submersible pump is turned on immediately, the motor load will be started, resulting in excessive starting current.
6. Avoid using in silt environment
If the submersible pump sinks into the mud during use, it will cause poor heat dissipation and burn out the motor windings. Therefore, the submersible pump must not be used in the muddy environment. In order to prevent the submersible pump from sinking into the sludge, the sludge in its operating environment should be removed before the submersible pump is launched. The motor is hot and the water is not flowing smoothly.
7. Take protective measures after deactivation
If the submersible pump is not used continuously after going down the well, it will corrode for a long time, resulting in failure to start. The deactivated submersible pump should not be left in the water and should be turned on once a week for 5-10 minutes. When it is not used for a long time, it should be run in clean water for a few minutes, clean the mud inside and outside the pump, then put the water surface to dry, conduct a comprehensive inspection, disassemble all parts for maintenance, scrubbing, rust removal and descaling, and replace the wearing parts. Then reassemble it, paint it to prevent rust, and put it in a dry, non-corrosive gas warehouse.
