The characteristics of the deep well pump are that the outer cylinder and the bushing are assembled on the ground and connected to the lower part of the tubing, and then go into the well, then put into the fixed valve, and connect the plunger to the lower end of the sucker rod string and go into the pump.
1. Observe the tube pump. The tube pump can be divided into a combined oil pump and a whole barrel oil pump according to the structure. Combined oil pump: It consists of an outer working cylinder, a bushing embedded in the outer working cylinder, a plunger (with upstream and downstream moving valves in the plunger) and a fixed valve. Whole barrel oil pump: It is composed of pump barrel, plunger (with upper and lower moving valve in the plunger) and fixed valve. Compared with the combined well pump, it has the following advantages: simple structure, light weight, no bushing, no bushing dislocation during transportation and going down the well, the length of the pump barrel can be made longer, and it can be made to adapt to the long stroke oil well pump .
2. Observe the rod-type pump. The rod-type pump is assembled on the ground and then connected to the lower end of the sucker rod string. The whole pump is lowered through the oil pipe into the working cylinder with the circlip pre-installed on the predetermined position of the oil pipe. Its characteristics are: the pump does not need to take out the oil outlet pipe, which is convenient for pump inspection; the structure is complex, and the manufacturing cost is high; the diameter of the pump allowed to run under the same oil pipe diameter is smaller than that of the tube pump, so the displacement is small. Therefore, rod pumps are suitable for wells with large pumping depths but low production.
3. Observe the deep well pump downhole unit part including submersible motor, protector, separator and multi-stage centrifugal pump. The submersible motor is a two-pole, three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous induction motor. The protector is a device that uses the difference between the density of the well fluid and the motor oil to prevent the well fluid from entering the motor and causing a short circuit and burning the motor. The oil and gas separator separates the free gas to prevent and reduce the gas entering the pump, so that the multi-stage centrifugal pump can work normally. The multistage centrifugal pump increases the pressure and velocity of the well fluid step by step, so as to obtain a certain head and lift it to the ground.
