4. Check for cavitation (whether the pump is fully filled with water) and whether there is air accumulation in the outlet pipeline.

6. The parameters of the frequency conversion are not set properly.
2, Is the pressure very high when the water pump starts?
1. Check whether there is any blockage in the pipeline that causes a sudden change in pressure (due to a decrease in flow rate), and whether there is any leakage in the pipeline that causes the pressure to not be maintained.
Generally speaking, the water supply unit is automatic, and its automatic action relies on pressure to control the on/off action of the unit. The flow rate of the pipeline can also have a significant impact. A decrease in flow rate can cause a sudden increase in pressure from the outlet to the blockage when the water pump is started, resulting in pressure control misoperation and frequent starting (water leakage can also occur).
At the moment of starting the water pump, water hammer occurred.
3, Can't the system provide water?
1. Check if there is water in the pool, check if the direction of the motor rotation is correct, and it is possible that the frequency converter has been redirected.
If the check valve is located at the front end of the motor and there is water at the front end of the check valve, and the water in the motor is drained, then the motor is pumping air. Check if there is a valve in front of the motor to drain the water from above, so that the motor can draw water.
If none of the above can solve the problem, just turn on the machine and check if the impeller for pumping is broken. However, at this time, due to imbalance, the noise of the motor will increase.
4, What is the function of the stabilizing tank at the outlet when there is already a water tank at the inlet?
1. It plays a role in maintaining a constant water pressure, but now in general, a pump can solve the problem of constant pressure without setting up a constant pressure tank.
2. It plays a role in eliminating water hammer and reducing the impact on the pipeline caused by water hammer.
5, How to solve the problem of unstable pressure?
If the water consumption fluctuates greatly or the water supply pipe is too thin, it is difficult to solve. You can try resetting the PID parameters of the system and changing the installation position of the pressure transmitter.
6, Is the installation location of pressure sensors not related to energy conservation?
It's okay, it just depends on the set value. If it is set at the terminal, the pressure will be lower, and if it is at the pump outlet, the pressure will be higher.
Also, if the response is more sensitive at the outlet of the pump, the frequency fluctuation will be larger, and small signals can be ignored through controller parameters. It is recommended to install the pressure sensor slightly further away from the outlet of the pump.
7, Does prolonged operation of the water pump cause the water to become hot?
Causes:
The user's water volume is very low for a long time, and the water pump runs for a long time, causing the water to become hot.

When the water consumption is very low, the control will enter a sleep state, and the previously running large pump will automatically stop running and start the small pump (which can participate in frequency conversion or not).
If the system uses very little or almost no water, it is recommended that the small pump does not need to participate in frequency conversion. This way, the small pump will automatically shut down when it reaches a certain pressure, and will automatically start again when it reaches a certain pressure. If the water consumption is not very high but a constant pressure system needs to be maintained, it is recommended to use a small pump to participate in frequency conversion. When there is no user using water, the small pump will automatically sleep and stop, avoiding the problem of hot water caused by constantly running the pump without user use and saving users electricity.
8, Running only one pump for a long time requires manual conversion. Some pumps may get stuck or produce foul water due to prolonged inactivity?
