1. Regularly check the oil level. If it does not meet the requirements, please adjust it to meet the requirements. When the water pump is running, the oil level is at the center of the oil standard.
2. Small submersible pump manufacturers recommend regularly checking the quality of the engine oil. If the engine oil is found to have deteriorated, please replace it with new oil in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
3. The oil change cycle is determined by the user based on actual usage and whether it meets performance requirements. Usually, when a new water pump discharges clean and dry gas, it is recommended to replace the oil in the water pump after approximately 100 hours of operation. After no black metal powder is found in the oil, the oil change cycle can be appropriately extended in the future.

Under normal circumstances, the water pump should undergo major repairs after 2000 hours of operation. The aging degree of the rubber seals should be checked, and the exhaust valve plate should be checked for cracks. The dirt deposited on the valve plate and exhaust valve seat should be cleaned, and all parts inside the water pump chamber, such as the rotor, rotating blades, springs, etc., should be cleaned. Usually, clean it with gasoline and air dry it, then wipe it with a dry cloth. Handle with care during cleaning, be careful not to collide.
5. If conditions permit, clean the same pipeline to ensure smooth flow.
After reassembly, a trial run should be conducted. It usually requires idling for 2 hours and changing the oil twice. Due to the residual volatile substances in the cleaning process of the water pump, it will only be put into normal operation after normal operation.
7. Check if the water pump pipeline and joints are loose, rotate the water pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
8. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, and observe that the oil level should be at the centerline of the oil gauge. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.
9. Unscrew the water inlet plug of the pump body and pour in water (or grout).
10. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipeline.
1. Tap the motor and try to see if the motor direction is correct.
12. Start the motor. When the small submersible electric pump is running normally, turn on the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet water pump. After the displayed pressure is appropriate, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
13. Try to control the flow rate and head of the circulating small submersible electric pump within the range indicated on the label, ensuring that the pump operates at the designated point and achieving energy-saving effects.
When running a small submersible pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35 ℃ of the ambient temperature, and the high temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.

If any abnormal sound is found in the water pump, immediately stop the vehicle and check the cause.
When the small submersible pump is stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
17. After one month of work, the pump should change the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and then change the oil every 500 hours.
18. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure normal water dripping in the packing chamber (dripping is recommended).
19. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve and replace it in a timely manner when there is significant wear.
When using the pump in cold winter, after parking, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body, clean the medium, and prevent freezing and rupture.
If the water pump is not used for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the water pumps, dry them, apply lubricating grease to the rotating parts and joints, and then store them properly.
