What should I do if the submersible pump trips when powered on?
The customer reported that the submersible pump will automatically trip at intervals after installation and use, and will start immediately without any response. It can only be started after waiting for a few minutes to ten minutes. Why is this
When purchasing a submersible pump, the model selection is incorrect: the actual head used is low, the submersible pump head is too high, and the working conditions do not meet the scope of use of sewage pumps.
2. Unstable power supply voltage used on site: The non-standard voltage caused a significant increase in the current of the pump motor stator winding, resulting in a significant increase in the temperature of the stator winding and burning out the motor.
3. Mechanical failure of submersible pump: Severe damage to the submersible pump bearings, friction between the stator and rotor during "sweeping", or blockage of the impeller in the pump body by debris can all cause the submersible pump to always overload and trip.

4. There is a problem with the submersible pump when it leaves the factory: during the manufacturing and repair process, due to quality reasons, the submersible pump is overloaded.
Therefore, when the submersible pump trips, after ruling out the model issue, check the power supply voltage, bearings, etc. according to conventional methods to ensure that the machine runs smoothly.

Precautions for disassembling submersible pumps
Before disassembling the submersible pump, measure and record the clearance between each part of the rotor.
2. Try to avoid hitting with a heavy hammer, and ensure that the removed parts are not damaged and properly stored.
3. Record in detail the reason for replacement and the purpose of replacing the parts.
Before reassembling the submersible pump, clean all parts and remove burrs.
5. Adjust the clearances of each part of the rotor according to the clearance table.
6. The static sealing surface without sealing gasket lining or sealing ring shall be coated with "106" silicone rubber coating.
7. All installations should undergo leakage testing.
After reassembly, trial operation and necessary performance testing should be conducted before installation and use can begin.
