2. Unstable power supply voltage used on site: The non-standard voltage caused a significant increase in the current of the pump motor stator winding, resulting in a significant increase in the temperature of the stator winding and burning out the motor.
3. Mechanical failure of submersible pump: Severe damage to the submersible pump bearings, friction between the stator and rotor during "sweeping", or blockage of the impeller in the pump body by debris can all cause the submersible pump to always overload and trip.
4. There is a problem with the submersible pump when it leaves the factory: during the manufacturing and repair process, due to quality reasons, the submersible pump is overloaded.

Precautions for disassembling submersible pumps

6. The static sealing surface without sealing gasket lining or sealing ring shall be coated with "106" silicone rubber coating.
7. All installations should undergo leakage testing.
