With the development direction of materials science, sealing technology, practical operation and maintenance technology, and the improvement of cold and hot production and processing technology, stainless steel submersible electric pumps are still rapidly developing and widely used in urban communities, hotel bathing cores, hot springs, urban water supply, power supply systems, and ground engineering projects.

Stainless steel submersible electric pump is a crucial machine equipment for extracting water from boiling water. It can serve as an underground surface, a fountain landscape, or a hot spring resort. It is mostly used as domestic water, farmland irrigation, industrial production refrigeration, water resource pump generator sets, etc. With the stable development of each manufacturing industry, these machines and equipment have also designed and developed hydraulic electric pumps for various industry sectors. It's just a matter of fully considering the special office environment of this type of machine, which has led to safety hazards during use.
How can everyone avoid the occurrence of such problems?
(1) The operation process did not detect any cables, cables or potential safety hazards of leakage;
(2) The bare conductive wire is randomly grounded, and in the actual operation process, the workers did not wear insulated protective shoes or flame-retardant rubber gloves and other protective equipment;
(3) During the construction process in situations where the relative humidity of the air is relatively high, such as rain, snow, or water, immediate construction should be carried out without using defense mechanisms;
(4) Using a power cord plug as a rope damages the sealing properties of the stainless steel submersible pump terminal block, resulting in power failure;
(5) The power plug is immediately connected to the switch power supply, and there is no equipment power switch or fuse.
Attention to details in the application of stainless steel submersible electric pumps
1. The pump casing cannot remain in a long-term load operation state - therefore, it is necessary to consider the pump head condition that matches the pump casing and construction environment well, and cannot be used to pump large water with sand content. It is also necessary to observe whether the current is within the specified range. If there is unstable current, the machine should be turned off for inspection. In addition, stainless steel submersible pumps use water as the heat source, so their dehydration operation time will not be long.
2. The operation should not be too frequent - this is because the stop of the stainless steel submersible pump causes backflow. If it is started immediately, it will cause the motor load to run, resulting in unstable operating current. Therefore, after shutting down, it is necessary to wait for the water stored in the pipe to flow back before it can be operated again, usually with a 5-minute interval.
3. Pay attention to the natural conditions of use - stainless steel submersible electric pumps should not be placed in sludge, otherwise if they get stuck in it, it will cause abnormal heat dissipation and burn out the motor winding.

To prevent it from getting stuck in sludge, the sludge in the construction environment should be removed before drainage. If conditions permit, a guardrail protective cover should be used to cover the pump casing to prevent waste from blocking the water seepage guardrail, causing the motor to overheat and the water output to be blocked.
