Installation method
1. Mobile installation system
The high-efficiency sewage pump is supported by a bracket and can work by connecting the outlet hose. This method is mainly used for emergency rescue or maintenance construction needs.
2. Automatic coupling device system
Efficient sewage pumps are suitable for long-term fixed use scenarios and have advantages such as quick installation, easy detection and maintenance. The system uses a specially designed base, fixed at the bottom of the sewage pit, connected to the outlet pipe, and a matching support block installed on the top of the pool. The two are connected by a guide rod, and the water pump is connected to a specific bracket. It slides down along the guide rod to reach the base, automatically couples and seals with it, and automatically falls off when lifted.

Maintenance and upkeep:
1. If not in use for a long time, the electric pump should be taken out of the water and not soaked in water for a long time to reduce the chance of moisture in the motor stator winding and increase the service life of the electric pump.
2. After each use of the high-efficiency sewage pump, especially for thick and viscous slurries, the electric pump should be placed in clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sedimentation inside the pump and ensure its cleanliness.
3. There should be a dedicated person to manage and use, and regularly check whether the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the casing is normal.

4. The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body of an efficient sewage pump has a sealing function. If the sealing ring is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump and should be replaced if necessary.
5. After disassembly and maintenance, the casing components must undergo a 0.2MPa air tightness test to ensure reliable motor sealing.
6. Under normal conditions, the high-efficiency sewage pump should be filled or replaced with 10-30 oil in the oil chamber after every 300-500 hours of use to maintain good lubrication of the mechanical seal and improve its service life.
