1. When the water pump is transported to the site, there is no need to remove the water pump and motor when finding a flat base;
2. Directly install by placing the base on the foundation, placing wedge-shaped iron near the anchor screws, and raising the base by about 20-40mm for filling with cement slurry after leveling;
3. Check the levelness of the base with a spirit level, fill the base with cement slurry after leveling, and check the levelness again after the cement slurry dries;
4. Clean the dirt on the support plane of the base, the water pump foot, and the motor foot plane, and place the water pump and motor on the base;
5. Adjust the level of the pump shaft, tighten the nut appropriately after leveling to prevent movement. After the adjustment is completed, install the motor and place an iron plate at the non water fitting area. Leave a certain gap between the pump coupling and the motor coupling;

6. Place a straightedge on the coupling and check if the axis of the water pump and the axis of the motor coincide. If they do not coincide, place a thin iron plate under the foot of the motor or pump to make the outer circles of the two couplings level with the straightedge. Then remove the thin iron plate with multiple gaskets, replace the iron plate with a created iron plate, and recheck the situation;
7. If ZT type shock absorbers are used for vibration reduction installation, the cement support structure can be poured according to the size of the isolation platform. The foundation should be raised by 50mm to prevent water accumulation, and the support structure should be horizontal;
8. The shock absorber is directly placed between the isolation pedestal and the supporting structure, and generally does not need to be fixed;
9. Check the installation accuracy and measure the gap between the two coupling planes with a feeler gauge at several opposite positions. The large and small gaps on the coupling plane should not exceed 0.3 millimeters, and the difference between the center lines of the two ends should not exceed 0.1 millimeters
