1. The inability to start the clean water pump may be due to the malfunction of the prime mover or power supply. Please immediately check the condition of the power supply and prime mover.
2. The inability to start the clean water pump may be due to the pump getting stuck. The coupling should be manually rotated for inspection, and if necessary, disassembled for inspection to eliminate any faults in the moving and stationary parts.
3. The inability to start the clean water pump may be due to the packing pressure being too tight, and the packing should be loosened.
4. The inability to start the clean water pump may be due to an unobstructed balance pipe, which should be unblocked.
We know that in order for the machine to be used for a long time, it needs to be well maintained. So, how should the water pump be maintained after shutdown?
1. After the water pump is shut down, it should be lubricated and maintained first. The motor bearings should be lubricated with high-temperature lithium matrix.
2. If the clean water pump is not used for a long time in winter, the screw plug should be unscrewed for drainage to prevent freezing and bursting of the pump casing. Use the electric water pump twice a month by hand.
3. After the water pump is shut down, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment.
Orchard water pumps are divided into self-priming pumps, filling pumps, and submersible pumps. Self suction clean water pump: With good water source quality and relatively fixed working position, the suction range is within 3.5 meters, and the pipeline is stable. It can be used for domestic water supply in wells and orchard irrigation to reduce the trouble of filling water during pumping. The actual head is below 22 meters,
Water filled clear water pump: The water source has good water quality and is mobile. The pipeline is relatively not fixed, and the actual head is within 32 meters within a suction range of 2.5 meters. The pump flow rate can be adjusted according to the needs, suitable for spraying pesticides and irrigation water supply for professional fruit growers, with high work efficiency. The suction pipe should ensure good sealing.
Submersible water pump: With sufficient water source and low head, it is suitable for irrigation in farmland and orchards with large water volume. Reducing the water output will increase the pump load as the submersible pump is placed in the water and the working axis pushes the water upward. So do not install valves in the outlet pipe of the submersible pump to prevent the motor from being burned out due to excessive resistance when the valve is closed and the pump is turned on.
Before using the water pump, attention should be paid to voltage consistency and electrical safety. As the water pump operates in a humid environment, a leakage protection switch should be installed in front of the power switch. When the water pump is working, do not move it. The bottom valve of the suction pipe should be vertically placed 0.4 meters into the water. If the water quality is poor, a filter should be installed to prevent debris from entering the water pump and affecting its operation.
A clean water pump is a combination of a motor and a water pump, and the pivot bearing of the motor rotor is also the water pump bearing, which transmits rigid power to rotate the water pump impeller. There is only a gap of 0.10-0.22 millimeters between the impeller of the water pump and the vortex shell, and debris and sand particles are prone to jam the impeller, causing the motor rotor to fail to rotate.
From the analysis of repairing water pump faults: over 80% of motors are damaged due to impeller jamming. If the motor does not rotate when the power switch is turned off, the power should be turned off in a timely manner. The motor generates a rotating magnetic field through inductance during operation and will not be damaged in a short period of time. You can use a screwdriver to remove the back cover of the motor, and rotate the fan blades left and right by hand until they can be flexibly installed back into the back cover before powering on.
Valves can only be installed on the water outlet pipe of self-priming and water filling pumps within 0.5 meters. Ball valves should be selected to reduce pump resistance and increase pump water pressure.
When using a clear water pump as a pressure pump for pesticide spraying, it is recommended to use a centrifugal combination of three or four nozzles. These nozzles have good and uniform atomization performance, and the nozzle pressure is between 1.6-3.5 kilograms per square centimeter. The water pressure of the clean water pump is between 1.2-3.6 kg/cm2, and the pressure adapts to each other, saving electricity and improving production efficiency. It has a good effect on preventing and controlling diseases and pests.
